Funky Monkey Snacks sent us a package of each flavor. They are easy open. Clear favorites were Bananamon and Applemon. I love dried apple as snacks anyway and this was good. My older kids really loved the apple. Aiden liked all of them. They taste great and are easy to pack. As a mom I am glad they have some fiber!
My only real negative is that the thicker slices are hard to chew, especially for the younger crowd but my husband also mentioned that it was hard to chew. My advice would be to cut the fruit pieces thin uniformly and don’t leave thick slices. I was not a fan of the lime varieties but I know there probably are some fans. I would skip that flavor and do melons and berries. Overall I like them and I would buy them in the store for my kids. They liked them a lot!

Three Custom Vehicles Will Deliver Samples and Entertainment During the ‘Funky See, Funky Do’ Tour
Residents of the New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles areas are about to go bananas for the newest, healthy treat to hit the market: Funky Monkey Snacks. The popular snack made of freeze-dried fruit will arrive in style this summer via brightly-colored Funky Monkey Mobiles beginning May 13.
The “Funky See, Funky Do” tour will take place from mid-May through the end of September, making dozens of scheduled appearances in each city, including stops at well-attended festivals, events and attractions. In addition to 700,000 free samples, the mobile tour team will also be handing out temporary tattoos, magnets and other fun giveaways. The energetic Tour Team will also be leading rounds of Funky See, Funky Do competitions, a game similar to the classic pastime for children, Simon Says.
“As consumer demand for tasty, nutritious and convenient snacks grows, so does the desire for a product like ours,” said Matt Herzog, president of Funky Monkey Snacks. “We’re thrilled to hand-deliver our snacks so people can personally experience Funky Monkey.
