I’d LOVE to say THANK YOU to all the troops that preserve our freedom and fight for it! I’d also love to say how proud I am of my brother inlaw, BOB S. who served in VeitNam…saw more hell than any human should ever have to, lost a good portion of his hearing due to gunfire roar, and died almost 5 years ago from an EXTREMELY rare kidney cancer (possibly linked to agent orange but could not be “proven”). He was a quiet soul with too many memories in his heart but it all made him a tolerant, reflective and wonderful man…husband…and father! He was awarded a purple heart and died a proud member of our armed forces!

My Father In Law is a Vietnam vet. On memorial day my husband showed my boys and their cousins the medals he earned while serving our country. My FIL does not like to talk about it, but you could tell he was proud in that moment. It was really special.

My brother served two terms in Vietnam and was killed in a car crash at home on leave.I miss knowing him through the years. That was a horrible periods in history.
