ooh yumo! Did you use a machine? I went looking for a machine but they are “out of season.” Really! Ice cream does not go out of season!
I did Rhea I used my KitchenAid Stand mixer with the Ice Cream Maker attachment. I can’t remember how much I paid for the attachment. But the recipe is right out of the Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream recipe book!
Health is one of my FAV candy bars… add ice cream… heaven! Kichenaide has a ice cream attachment? does it freeze it? ever since you started food, I am starved after visiting. I am moving in!

The attachment is a bowl that has liquid between the inner and outer sides and you put the bowl in the freezer overnight to freeze that. Then when you put it on the stand mixer it has the special paddle that churns it and it freezes it to soft serve! Then pop in the freezer and in a few hours its hard ice cream

Oh, how I wish I could eat ice cream! This looks delicious! I have found Rice Dream frozen dessert to be pretty good, but nothing compares to homemade.
