Having had my iPhone 3G for almost 6 months now you may be surprised to know that I didn’t have a custom case. Until now that is. I was blessed to be sent a custom case from the folks at Fun Panda, makers of custom bamboo wood cases. They can carve any image into iPhone AND iPad cases!
As much as I love my pink adorable collection of cases for my phone, this year I am trying really hard to go green. Bamboo is eco friendly and sustainable. I also love the look of the wood. And honestly its pretty unique, I have never seen wooden cases on any iPhone I have seen in my real world offline life!
For my custom case, Fun Panda asked me to send them a photo. Being the loving mom I am I wanted my kids on mine! I had a favorite photo I sent to them..
And not long after I got my case in the mail, and I have to mention the packaging, rustic, perfect, falling in line perfectly with the mission of being eco friendly!:

Amazing isn’t it? I am in love with it, it makes my phone a nice weight in my hands and I like that. Its got the normal input holes and they did great with the holes for the speakers:
They have tons of premade designs that are really fun from rock and roll to works of art and everything in between, and of course if you can’t find the one you like they do custom. The designs are not painted on they are etched into the wood, a feature I think is fantastic! I love how solid my phone is with this case and when I someday get the coveted iPad I am going to be ordering a iPad case from Fun Panda. Love this company and this product!
