As for checking entries I check the winners entry every time and 90% of them are tweets that I click. Everything is check-able including email subscribers. Consider joining momdot.com or another community for bloggers to get blog advice. Like I said preparers do things differently across the board so even if I don't need to do anything because my credits offset everything (they usually do) I have a hard copy in case I get audited. Last year I didn't have to work as much but I have recently got the point where I am reviewing pretty much full time so I need to keep track or I get behind and messed up fast!
