Another Reason I hate Michigan is..
It’s always very cold on Halloween! Its forcasted to be 47 degrees with possible rain showers off and on. How the hell am I supposed to take my one year old and 6.5 year old out in that? JUST ONCE I wish it could be 65 or more on Halloween. I took the older two kids one year when it was 40 and we were all miserable. If it comes down to it, we’ll just take the kids to the church where they have some activities and they will still get candy and food even. I also wanted to take Aiden outdoors and do his costume photo shoot but its raining. Bleh.

When I was pg w/ #2 My mom and I took my oldest around the neighborhood and I slipped and fell. I was sore for like a month.
But as my name suggests I love winter girl and I’m 4 hours north of you lol. It’s been 68 here most of the day but raining like crazy and had to cancel our Halloween parade.
I do agree with you though. I don’t like to see snow until Nov 1.
