When I was a kid I barely squeaked by, but never had to do summer school. I finished my 2nd semester of college in Early may and completely failed my online algebra class. I figured since I got a 3.5 in the pre algebra class that I would be okay to take the next one online. BIG MISTAKE. And because of that I have to spend 8 weeks doing math in the summer. I hate math with a passion. I am a science geek. Medicine especially. I know there people that hate science and biology as much as I hate math. I wish I could swap brains with a math whiz just for a short time. Perhaps it would make me love it? I am supposed to go to orientation by tomorrow or I get dropped. I would go but the pell grant is sitting somewhere at the college not being applied as I type this. I have to have my refund to be able to get the gas to drive there so I have to call them this afternoon. I should have been paid last Friday. This is driving me nuts because last 2 semesters they had my tuition and fees paid for the day before classes started. This would have been this past Friday.
Anyway I am kinda bummed to have to go to school this summer but if I work hard then the next level math class won’t be so hard. Maybe.

I’m not a big math person either although I actually did wanna take a math course online just to see how much I remember.
I’ve been taking a few online courses for a couple semesters now just to prevent my brain from turning to mush 
Can’t do it this summer cause the stupid college doesn’t accept this particular grant in the summer? So what ru taking in school? Something related to science I take it 
I am going to go into the Radiology program. I believe it was a math level six and I started at 3 in the fall last year. I think I am 5 now, or I would have been if I passed the last one. I wish I could take a baking class along with it to make it more fun to be there!

Thanks for stopping by today! Online math classes are bad news. I think most of the students I advise have issues. Im sure you will do much better in person! and I hope you get your fin aid. figured out.
One of the classes that I hate when I was a student was math. Definitely, I’m not a fan of it.

Well I got off summer school! Not really by choice but I found out I didn’t get the financial aid or refunds because I had to be enrolled in at least 6 credits worth of courses and because its too late to enroll in anything, along with the fact I can’t afford to fork over 300 more for another class, I am staying HOME this summer. I am ok with it actually! I get to blog more!
Math was NEVER my strong subject. I am so bad at math, and I can imagine how hard it is! I am glad that you are taking the summer off now though!
