Back To School; Making Memories with Fellowes Saturn2 95 Laminator

I happen to have a little boy who is not yet four but also will be homeschooled this year for prep into Kindergarten for next year. When Mom Central asked for bloggers to try the Fellowes Saturn2 95 Laminator I jumped at the chance because I had so many ideas!

First was the obvious.. flash cards! He knew all the pictures and letters right away, and he likes carrying them! I am going to paper punch a hole in them and put them on a key ring because they fall sometimes. Ok a lot, but Aiden loves it.

I wanted to print some task lists for myself so I printed a to do list and a meal plan with grocery list. Both for use with dry erase markers so I can just erase! So easy! Don’t mind my daughter’s horrible spelling she was being silly…

Later I decided my soon to be fourth grader needed some practice sheets so I printed her a map, writing practice sheet and a word search with the states.

And drawing inspiration from Trisha of I laminated LEAFS!

This laminator and sheets make it so easy to laminate! You just turn the unit on and choose your thickness. Put your sheet in between the two plastic sheets and slide it through, it operates silently! Here is a not so great video of me laminating, its super easy..

I love the small desk friendly size of the unit. It does give off a plastic smell when it is heating up but it is not to unberable. As a massive bonus, this laminator also works on a COLD setting. Perfect for teachers!

Buy It: August 5th – August 25th friends of Mom Central can use exclusive coupon code 87298 to receive $30 off the regular price ($159.99) of a Fellowes Saturn2 95 at! And you can also buy online at!

  1. Okay I so want a laminator now! I was thinking, that the boys don’t like to keep movies in cases… so I would cut the picture off, since some of the DVDs don’t have a picture and are boring, and make a binder with all of the cases so they can flip through that and pick a movie and than I could go searching for it!
