The package says “golden” but the rest is all the same. They are bigger than the run of the mill red ones though. And they are so delicious and sweet. If you have a Meijer store, that is where we got them!
What a great closeup. It is very difficult to get a decent shot that close up. Yummmy. I must go and eat some berries.
Thank you! I used my sigma 70-300 mm lens on the macro setting, no flash, but I was standing on top of a not so stable chair and bending over. It could have been really bad if i fell!
(and I ate ALL of the berries in the photo right after the shot LOL)

We have wild berries that grow on our land. Last year I made blackberry pie on July 4th! I can’t wait to see them bloom again.

Great shot, Candy! It belongs in a magazine! I am so hungry now. we have wild blackberries too, but I can never gather enough to make a pie, eat them while picking… but they taste great on ice cream! But picking is dangerous work, all those thorns & brambles, Ouch!
