A few weeks ago I was sent the Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker courtesy of CSN. I LOVE CSN because they have 200+ different stores so pretty much anything you think you need you can probably find it there. Its a shopping mall really all online.
I had never owned a waffle maker before so this was all new to me. I got the machine and got it ready and grabbed my batter. Just a basic one from allrecipes.com. I learned it was a lot faster to just use pancake and waffle mix. I recently found a whole wheat blueberry version and the whole family loves the aroma!
Using the machine is so very basic. Plug it in and move the slider to desired setting. 3 is in the middle and 4 is more crisp. I use 4. I spray my machine with non flavor cooking spray and I have not had a single problem with sticking and I have been using it for nearly a month. Also with the spray it makes for easy cleanup. The indicator light turns green when its ready for the batter.
You pour 1/2 cup of batter in the bottom and spread it with your spoon and then close the lid. The light will turn green again when its done. It really is THAT simple. I love this waffle maker and I am the best mom ever according to my daughter when I make her waffles!
