Sometimes its very hard to get kids to eat enough fruits and vegetables. For my 21 month old especially he needs to poop every day or he is grumpy! My opinion? If I am being completely honest I don’t like the idea of making medicine look like fun treats and candy but fortunately we don’t really give the kids gummy snacks anyway. Also if I am still being honest here I will admit that my husband and I have been eating the gummies when we are backed up. And you know what? They work for us AND the kids. When they are slow to “go” we give them a fiber gummy and all is right in the world!

I like that these children’s products are NOT considered a laxative and are “Sugar-free, zero calories” and have real fruit flavoring. WHO wants their kids having chemicals in ANYTHING they ingest!
