Little Tikes Spray & Rescue Fire Truck Review

When I think of Summer Staycation, Little Tikes is one of the first thing that comes to mind. They carry a great assortment of ride on toys and for my toddler, this means nothing but tons of fun! They also carry a full line of toddler friendly play structures and slides as well. We’ve got our eye on one for him for his 2nd birthday in October!

Little Tikes sent Aiden the Spray & Rescue Fire Truck for the Summer Staycation event-

Here is what it looked like out of the box

The instruction were easy to follow. You will need a screwdriver and a mallot but also a drill because there are some pieces on the back where the “ladders” attach that are not pre-drilled. That was the only hard part as I did not use a drill so it took me a lot longer to put together. You put the wheels together and attach first, then everything else. The instructions are numbered and clear with pictures so you know what to do. The last thing after the stickers is to put on the tank. this tank is not permanent in the car but there are grooves that hold it in place. Fill it with water, then add the pump to that. You must prime the pump to get the air pressure going in the tank and you will hear the hiss. This is very hard for a small/short child to do on their own so a bigger someone will have to help. Then its a matter of squeezing that hose and getting people wet haha! I love this toy and Aiden really loves it, especially the hose! This toy is suitable for ages 1.5 to 5 years
