Ok I know there are a million and one coffee makers out there. I know for me I need a one cup deal because I don’t drink coffee by the pot. I have used Senseo in the past and its was ok but quite what I wanted. I needed a great cup of coffee but also the ability to have Espresso and Cappuccino. As a student I need the extra jolt! I had thought about the Keurig but for the steep price I couldn’t justify. Then I discovered Tassimo. This machine not only does coffee but also hot tea, espresso and cappuccino and even hot chocolate!

Tassimo sent me a system and some T-Disks to try. My particular machine is the Suprema model and it came with 2 water filters. After running the machine to get it cleaned and ready to go and filling the water tank it was as easy as 1,2,3 to gewt me a cup of yummy coffee.

1. Lift up the disc holder and put in the disc with bar code facing down
2. Hit the start button
3. When the light turns orange, lift the disc holder again and throw away the T-Disc

Yes its that simple folks! And the taste is AMAZING. I love the Chai Latte Tea for a treat. I was able to go to my local fave grocery store to buy more discs and I chose skinny latte and vanilla both by Maxwell House. I also got some sampler packs in the mail. You can see all the different coffee vendors such as Starbucks and Gevalia on the site as well as shop for your own machine. You can also sign up to get automatic shipments of T-Discs so you never run out.

I have had my machine for a couple weeks now and I have used it every single day. I love the size because I keep it on a small counter and if I was in a dorm it would be perfect size. I also love that I can literally walk up to the machine and have a cup of fresh coffee in like 30 seconds. Its just amazing.
