Thera Wise is a Canadian based company that manufactures and distributes natural, body friendly, and biodegradable healing ointments. They have four different kinds:  Acne, Skin Healing, Congestion rub (think Vicks), and a hemorrhoid cream.  We have issues with skin here. We battle acne with our 12 year old, and then my husband and 12 year old also both have Eczema. I happened to get a chest cold when i got the ointment for decongestant. And I will not go into the Hemorrhoid cream. I don’t suffer from the ailment and nobody wanted to talk about it here, LOL. I rubbed the cream in my fingers though, it was smooth.

With all four creams that Thera Wise sent me to try, there was one constant in them all and that was that not one of them left a greasy feel. I know darn well that Vicks rub leaves you feeling greasy and the same can be said about the Aquaphor for eczema. These creams were smooth  and didn’t leave me feeling greasy. I actually had a nasty case of bronchitis and was too late in using the decongestant cream for it so it wasn’t effective. I found that the acne cream worked rather well on my acne. I forgot to share that one with my son, oops! I will have him try it soon. The skin repair type cream is great though. I use it on my hands because they get dry from my use of hand sanitizer through the day.

I found these creams to be a little light. I think they may be a little too gentile. The skin cream is perfect but the others just aren’t thick enough. I still love the fact that they aren’t greasy though.
