Ok so the party is quickly coming together! Greg’s parents suggested that we should do pizza. I cannot believe I didn’t think of that! Our local pizza place is really good too! Aiden eats pizza already. Heck he eats anything but applesauce!

Ok so we have a 6 ft table. We can put the pizza, plates, pop/drinks, all that stuff on the main dining and then take the 6 footer and have the cake and presents on that table. I would use a card table but its not big enough.

I bought pooh birthday themed items but only ONE of each and then I bought coordinating colors of plain utensils, plates, and cups. I got a table cover and I know I got the bib that says Baby’s First Birthday. I wish I had thought of having a bib embroidered. I did buy balloons but no helium. I got crepe paper. No hats, I couldn’t find any!

One thing though is I haven’t narrowed down on the cake design. I will be going with wal-mart for the cake. I kind of don’t want a flat one for Aiden’s smash cake. I would love a pooh face cake for him and then maybe just a 1/2 sheet for the guests. I haven’t seen the designs either. I might stop in this week and order the cake after I see the designs.

On his actual birthday I am making him some cupcakes or possibly just buying him a small cake to play with. We’ll get pictures that day I think because he may be way too overwhelmed at his party to get really nice pictures.

Its going to be a great party. He’s not going to remember it but we will for sure. I have so enjoyed watching him grow and learn. I am saddened he is my last baby but I look forward to teaching him and playing with him and watching him grow into a toddler!

..that I bought his birthday present!! It plays music and makes the elephant call noise!
