Of course I am definitely NOT pregnant at this time but I do like to try and look my best. I need to drop some pounds but in the meantime I needed something to hold my tummy in. Amon Maternity asked me to review their Forgive body shaper.

Its been almost a year since I had Aiden and I really wish I had been wearing a shaper since his birth! Ok I ordered it in black. I am not taking pictures of myself with and without it just yet because well, I have issues and don’t like to show whats under my clothes! But for reference I have an apron of skin thats been hanging since I had my first child. I had previous abdominal surgery at age 13 that cut me right down the middle so I will never have a flat tummy no matter what. But after three kids and not enough situps, I have a bigger tummy. I have no hips and no butt, just a tummy. I generally wear loose pants at home, pajama bottoms, sweatpants, comfy pants. Yesterday I tried the bodyshaper before going out to run errands.

First thing that happened was that it rolled itself down under my fat roll. This wasn’t a problem though I just pulled it up higher. As a bonus of doing that it lifted my butt! I felt much less jiggly in the shaper. I could totally tell at all times I was wearing it because it was snug. It didn’t take away my tummy alltogether but it made it more solid and less flabby looking. I particularly liked how it made me look under my favorite Spongebob comfy PJ bottoms. I do feel if I had this right after I had Aiden that it would have helped my tummy bounce back a little instead of just hanging out. I still have a ways to go on the weight loss but the Forgive Body Shaper is helping me fit into my clothes better.
