#1 – Sleep when the baby sleeps – Infants often take naps lasting from 2 to 4 hours at least. This makes it a total sleep cycle of 16 to 18 hours a day. Still, parents experience sleep deprivation. This is because infants wake in the wee hours of the morning while sleeping throughout the day.

Here, Grace W. Pien says – “Sleeping while the baby sleeps can sometimes be challenging because of other kids in the house or our internal body clocks, but it’s a good idea to try and get some rest,”

#2 – Practice good sleep ideas – Good sleep hygiene is more about taking maximum rest and eliminating everything from your routine that hampers your sleep. This includes – not using a cellphone or laptop right before going to bed, avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and sticking to a set sleep schedule.
